How can I track my order?
Upon dispatch, An SMS with the waybill no. of the logistics partner will be sent to the phone number provided during ordering. Please check the logistics company's website with the waybill number to see the current status of your product.
Can I accept the package after checking the contents inside it?
Sorry, as per company policy, a package can’t be opened before delivery is accepted.
But you can accept the package & get in touch with us later in case you have any concerns.
My order is delayed. What should I do?
On the rare occasion that your order is delayed, please check your email & messages for updates. A new delivery timeframe will be shared with you.
We will generally dispatch within 48 business hours if material is available in stock.
In any special event, information will be provided as to when the dispatch is taking place. If we are not able to fulfill your order, then we will refund your entire amount within 15 business days.
Shipping orders outside India:
